All orders ship from Twiggs Salon in Wayzata, Minnesota. We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and delivery address. The following options are available:

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once the package is picked up β not when the order is placed. Delivery dates are not guaranteed by Twiggs Shopping.
Orders are processed and packed at our salon in Wayzata, Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT on a business day will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package on the carrier's website. You can also view your tracking status at any time by visiting your order history.
Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update with the carrier.
Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum β no promo code needed.
Subtotal of $75+ before tax. Standard ground shipping within the US.
Expedited or express methods, orders under $75, or gift cardβonly orders.
Want to upgrade to a faster shipping method? You can select a different option at checkout and pay the difference.
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unopened and unused β products must be in their original, sealed packaging.
In resalable condition β no damage to packaging, labels intact.
Within the return window β 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items that cannot be returned: Opened or used products, items marked as final sale, gift cards, and products with broken seals or tampered packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened or partially used.
All returns are processed through our returns portal. Submit your request online, and we'll email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions within one business day.
Start a returnOnce you've submitted your return request, here's what to expect:
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For all other returns, a $5.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 3β5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
The full product price, minus any applicable return shipping fee ($5.95). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, return the original and place a new order.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was delivered back to us and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we'll make it right β no questions asked. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.
Please don't discard the item or packaging until we've resolved the issue. We may ask for photos to process your claim with the carrier.
For damaged or incorrect orders, you can submit a claim through our returns portal and select "Damaged/incorrect" as the reason, or email us directly.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the address. Contact us as soon as possible. Once the carrier has picked up the package, we're unable to redirect it.
Yes β USPS methods (Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express) deliver to PO boxes. UPS and FedEx methods require a street address.
First, check with neighbors and any secure package areas at your address. If the package is still missing after 48 hours from the "delivered" scan, contact us and we'll file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve it.
Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on opened or used products. This is for hygiene and safety reasons. If you received a product that doesn't work for your hair, our stylists would be happy to recommend an alternative β reach out to us or book a consultation.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The return must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your return label. Items received after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
Yes. Sales tax is calculated based on the delivery address and applicable state and local tax rates. Minnesota orders include the state sales tax rate plus any local taxes. A Minnesota Retail Delivery Fee of $0.50 may also apply to qualifying shipments.
Yes β you can pick up your order at our Wayzata salon. Select "In-store pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
