Twiggs Shopping is the online retail storefront of Twiggs Salon, located at 811 Lake Street E., Wayzata, Minnesota 55391. The Site allows customers to browse and purchase professional haircare and beauty products from brands carried by our salon.
Product information including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability is sourced from our salon's inventory management system and is subject to change without notice.
You may be required to create an account to place orders or access certain features of the Site. When creating an account, you agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including accounts that appear to be fraudulent, that violate these Terms, or that have been inactive for an extended period.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a purchase on the Site.
All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Twiggs Salon. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices displayed on the Site are in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping charges, which are calculated at checkout. While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after your order has been placed, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when the item is shipped and a shipping confirmation email is sent.
Product availability is determined in real time from our salon inventory system. An item shown as "in stock" at the time of browsing may become unavailable by the time your order is processed. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Twiggs Salon does not store your full credit card information on our servers.
By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including product prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges.
All sales are charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued by a bank outside the United States, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. All orders ship from our salon in Wayzata, Minnesota. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method.
Delivery dates provided at checkout and in shipping confirmation emails are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Twiggs Salon is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We accept returns of unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items that have been opened, used, or have broken seals cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and products with tampered packaging are not eligible for return. We do not offer direct exchanges; to receive a different product, return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, page designs, and software — is the property of Twiggs Salon, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Twiggs Salon name, Twiggs Shopping name, and associated logos are trademarks of Twiggs Salon, Inc. Product names and brand logos (including but not limited to Kérastase, Oribe, Bumble and bumble, and Keune) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on the Site for product identification purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or otherwise use any content from the Site without prior written permission from Twiggs Salon, Inc., except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with shopping on the Site.

Product results may vary. Information provided on the Site regarding product benefits or performance is not intended as a guarantee of specific results. Consult a professional stylist if you are unsure which products are suitable for your hair type or condition.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
Before filing any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at the address provided in Section 15. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days of receiving your notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice, such as posting a prominent notice on the Site or sending an email to the address associated with your account.
